Requesting Feedback...
T-Base Communications is seeking feedback from people who use large print in their everyday lives for a consumer consultation to ensure that large print documents appropriately meet customer needs. It is for that reason I am requesting your assistance in posting the following to your listserv to help us reach as many people as possible who would benefit from the enhancement of large print standards for the provision of financial records such as account statements and related documents aimed at improving readability and comprehension.
T-Base has recently launched a new initiative for gathering feedback from blind and visually impaired consumers as part of our commitment to continuous improvements in the delivery of our services. This is facilitated by our newly-formed Expert Consumer Advisory Panel, which brings together a very talented group of thought leaders who care deeply about customer service, the development of standards and offer valuable perspectives and insights as they navigate the world of information through sight, sound and touch.
One of the goals of our new Panel is to provide perspectives and suggest options for garnering consumer feedback on design for financial records to enhance readability and usability. Incorporating new learnings into statement and document design standards will ensure that our formats continue to respect consumer preference and improve financial literacy.
As North America's leading producer of sensitive and confidential financial information in alternative formats, T-Base Communications is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Through initiatives such as our current large print research project, we will implement our findings into the large print design.
The secure processing and production of accessible statements and documents in braille, large print, e-Text and audio is T-Base Communications' specialty. One of the reasons we have been successful is the direct feedback we have obtained over the years from consumers that has resulted in the improvements to quality, security and timeliness of financial statements and documents, and has resulted in best in class alternative format services.
If you are an individual who uses audio, braille, large print or e-Text formats and reside in North America, I invite you to join us, to ensure that the services you receive are the best they can be, and reflect and respect consumer needs for quality, security and timeliness. Please complete our Consumer Consultation Enrollment Form and specify the formats you use in your everyday life and join friends and colleagues who share your commitment to building a world, which includes all of us!
